Hello and welcome. This is the official home of the Garswood United
Football Teams. This site will hopefully keep you up-to-date with all
of the latest news and information about the Wooders. Please feel free

Season 2008/09 sees Garswood United back in action in the Cheshire
League (formerly Mid-Cheshire) Division 1, hoping to continue the form which saw them finish in the top six and win the Wigan Cup last season. As well as the first team Garswood will
be represented by a reserve team in the Cheshire League Reserve Division,
a veterans team in the Bolton Sports Federation Over 35 Veterans' League Division 1 after a league winning promotion, and now into their third season, a team in the
South Lancs Counties Youth Division who are certainly catching the eye of our open age coaches.
With a new clubhouse last season and the normal never-say-die spirit that has seen us survive a rough few years, we can now concentrate on what we're all here for -
the football!
